Placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions of business. The following conditions apply to all contracts for the supply and sale of services and materials by us. All original images will be returned together with a proof image without any obligation.
Copyright
By the act of placing an order the customer expresses his right to reproduce
the image supplied under copyright law. The customer is absolutely liable
for any resulting violation of copyright action taken by any third party.
Estimates
Estimates are valid for a period of one month from the estimate date.
Orders
If your choice of service differs from that which we think is applicable, we
will advise of any difference in cost and await customer instructions.
Delivery
We will do our best to ensure that orders are completed within the time quoted
but will not accept any liability for late delivery of orders.
Despatch
Goods are sent at the customer’s risk.
Minimum Order Charge
There is a minimum order charge of £5.00.
Colours
Exact colour matching is not guaranteed due to the limitations of photographic
and computer materials and processes.
Prices
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Liability
We will
not accept liability above the cost of the customer’s original material
and if this has an inherent value beyond that of the material itself then
the customer will have been assumed to have taken out all risks insurance
to cover the replacement value.
Claims
Any claims must be notified within 3 days of receipt of order. Goods damaged
during delivery must be kept within their packaging for inspection.
Payment
Orders must be accompanied by payment in full.
